The Rev. Bill Anders graduated from Bible Baptist Seminary in 1973 and had been pastor of Loving Avenue Baptist Church for the past 29 years. He previously had served as pastor at Aurora Baptist Church. Brother Bill was well known for organizing and performing musical entertainment at surrounding nursing and retirement homes.
Survivors: Beloved wife of 45 years, Anna; children, Jean Bice, Billy Anders and Mark Anders, all of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Billy Anders Jr. of Fort Worth; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Walter Anders and wife, Barbara; and sister, Janice Runyon.
