Alexander Cutsinger, son of John and Jane Cutsinger, was born August 1st 1845 near Marietta, Shelby Co, Indiana.
His death occurred at his home near Needham, Ind., October 7th 1905, at the age of 60 years 2 months and 7 days.
He was united in marriage with Salome Bradford, January 10, 1867. To this union seven children were born, five sons and two daughters. Three sons and one daughter, Mrs. Jennie Heck, with the mother are left to mourn the loss of a kind and loving husband and father.
Mr. Cutsinger made a profession of his faith in Christ and united with the M.E. church at Marietta many years ago. He was a respected citizen, honest and upright in his dealings with his fellow man. Many weary days and nights were passed in suffering that not even loving hearts and tender hands could stay. God called and the spirit passed into the great beyond. A father’s voice is stilled in death, his form has gone from you yet in your memory dwells deeds of love and tender admonitions such as only a father can give.
You will miss him but trust him with our loving Heavenly Father who doeth all things well and truly say, “Thy will be done.”
