Mrs. Denson passed away at her home on August 11, 2008. She was born on April 8, 1946, in Vivian, LA.
Mrs. Denson has worked as the office manager for Tri-City Charter for several years. She had a passion for transporting soldiers to their homes after coming back from Iraq. Linda had a deep appreciation for our country and the men and women who defend it. She enjoyed cooking, was a member of the Cotton Mouth Hunting Club, and loved her Bingo nights in Bossier City. Her children will remember her for always being their Best Friend and a wonderful wife to their father for the past 43 years.
Surviving her is her husband, W.E. "Bill" Denson, Jr.; children and their spouses: Cheri and Tom Morgan, Jim P. and Melissa Denson, Jodie L. and Terry A. Sanders, Julie Denson and Stanley Chin; brother and sister-in-law: W. E. "Butch" and Holly Wynn; grandchildren: Joshua, Cody, Shea, Aly, Katie, Lacey, Robert, Landon, and Jordan.
She was preceded in death by her parents John and Jane Wynn; and a sister Patricia Lynn Wynn.
The family suggests memorials be made to Percy R. Johnson Burn Foundation, c/o LSUHSC Burn Center, 1501 Kings Hwy., Shreveport, LA 71130.
