Opal was the daughter of William and Ann Wallace Nichols. She was reared in Grayson County, TX and lived there for 40 years. She married Curtis Gray on Sept. 22, 1963 in Las Vegas, NV. She had lived in Arizona for 20 years, returning to Oklahoma 20 years ago. Survivors include her husband, Curtis, of the home; a daughter, Wanda Jean Rodgers, Casa Grande, AZ; five sons and daughters in law, Jack and Anita Rodgers and Charles Ray and Margaret Rodgers, all of Wills Point, TX, Tommy Joe and Linda Rodgers, Redrock, NM, Jerry Dean Rodgers of Broken Bow, and Bobby Wayne Rodgers, Casa Grande, AZ. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sons, James Edward and J. D. Rodgers.
