John W. Baker, of Marble Hill, died Wednesday, November 18, 1992 at the Advance Nursing Center. He was 81. He was born August 12, 1911 near Lutesville, to Samuel P. and Janie (Eaker) Baker.
He was a retired farmer.
He was a member of Clubb Creek General Baptist Church south of Marble Hill.
On December 22, 1937 he married Ulene Collins; she survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Justin Baker of Hazelwood; and Fred Baker of Zalma, MO; and nine grandchildren.
One son, one daughter, two brothers, and seven sisters preceded him in death.
Funeral services were Saturday at Baker Funeral Home. Burial was in Clubb Creek Cemetery.
