"I ran across his sad death notice while going through the Manti Messenger."
DEATH NOTICE: The Manti Messenger, Saturday 1 April 1899:
John W. Pulsipher, son of Charles Pulsipher of Huntington was accidentally shot and killed at Cleveland last Saturday afternoon. He was out hunting ducks and drew somewhat impatient at not seeing many so he leaned his gun against the house, when the stalk went through a hole in the porch and was discharged. The shot struck him in the head, (edited out of respect for family). The boy was thirteen years of age.
