The death of THOMAS FAUTIN came as a shock to his many friends here. Word had been received of his illness, but it was not thought serious until Saturday night when another message apprised his brother of the serious character of his malady. The latter left Sunday morning for the bedside of his brother but death called Thomas before Charles reached him. It is but a month since Charles lost his wife from the same malady, pneumonia, which carried off Thomas.
