GARY L. LEASURE, 55, of Tampa died Saturday. A native of Clarion, Pa., he moved to the Tampa area in 1988. He was a barber at MacDill Air Force base and member of Without Walls International Church. He is survived by his wife, Peggy; a daughter, Pamela Pellow of Tampa; a brother, Jerry Lutz of Lucinda, Pa.; and three sisters, Jackie Love of Shippenville, Pa., Marlene (*nee Riley) Cochran of Tampa and Donna (*nee Riley) Toothman of Hagerstown, Md.
