Te re s a was a 1979 graduate of Columbus East High School and was the secretary at Quality Sales for many years. She was an avid NASCAR fan, an animal lover and enjoyed sewing and doing crafts.
The funeral will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Al White officiating. Calling will be from 11:00 a.m. until service time Monday. Burial will be at Daugherty Cemetery.

Born in Columbus June 24, 1961, Teresa was the daughter of William C. and Barbara A. Stevens Smith.
She is survived by her father, of Columbus; a sister, Sharri (Raymie) Kelsay of Columbus; a nephew, Adam Cooley of Columbus; grandparents, William and Patty Smith of Columbus; aunts and uncles, Benita and Jack Fetter of Taylorsville and David and Mary Petro of Columbus; and her ex-husband, James Coffman of Brown County.
Teresa was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara A. Smith; her previous husband, Jack Dixon; and grandparents, Annabelle Smith and Florence and Oliver Petro.
