He is survived by his widow, Elizabeth; two sons, George, of Virden; Albert, of Carlinville; three step-sons, Ernest Barr, of Virden; Lawrence Barr, of Silver Springs, Md.; and Eldon Barr, of Alameda, Calif.; one step-daughter, Mrs. Irene Guy, of Virden; 19 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Clyda Garst, of Hillsboro; and Mrs. Weltha Bourland, of Hawthorne, Calif.; and two brothers, Charles, of Fullerton, Calif.; and Erie, of Virden.
Services were at Berry Funeral Home in Virden.
Burial was in West Grove Cemetery, Thayer.
