E. J. WERNER DIES HERE MONDAY

Ernest Werner, a resident of Amherst for many years, died at his home on Taylor street Monday evening. He was 60 years of age. He was born in Germany, coming here at the agr of nine.
Surviving are his wife, Eva; seven children: Harry, Howard, Ralph, Thomas, Rufus, Helen and Marian; his mother, Mrs. John McGuire; two brothers, and three sisters.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon from the Baker funeral home, with Rev. C. E. Schmidt officiating.
