DENHAM SPRINGS, La. - Robert LeRoy Doane, 103, formerly of Clovis, N.M., died Thursday, Aug. 7, 2008.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in First Presbyterian Church in Clovis with the Rev. Lance Clemmons and the Rev. N. Scott King officiating. Burial will be in Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens by Steed-Todd Funeral Home.
Mr. Doane was born July 9, 1905, in Jasper County, Iowa, to Orville and Anna Doane. He married Frances in 1939.
Survivors include a daughter, Lonna Willingham of Denham Springs; two granddaughters; and six great-granddaughters.
The family suggests memorials be to food pantry, First Presbyterian Church, 1101 Pile St., Clovis, NM 88101.
