Springdale-- Sterling Bookout, 50, of 1216 S. Crutcher, died Sunday. He was born Aug. 16, 1914 at Johnson and was a veteran of World War II and was a Baptist. He was owner and president of the Southwide Plumbing Co. Survivors are the widow, Mrs. Margie Parker Bookout of the home; two daughters, Mrs. James C. Reed of Springdale and Miss Sherlean Bookout of the home; his mother, Mrs. Anna Guess Bookout of Springdale; four brothers, Earl, Ralph, Roy and Loyd, all of Springdale; one sister, Miss Pearl Bookout of Springdale; one half-brother, A.L. Bookout of Warner, Okla.; one half-sister, Mrs. Ada Hood of Warner and two grandchildren. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Caudle Avenue Baptist Church with burial in Friendship Cemetery under direction of Callison-Sisco Funeral Hom
