Surprise Birthday Party for 87 year old
Grandma McAfee, mother of Mrs. J. J. Wiseman, was 87 years old April 13th. Unknown to the family, a number of neighbors and friends arranged to gather there that evening in celebration of the addition of another milestone to a ripe old age. She greatly enjoyed their presence, and at the close of a very pleasant evening, the uninvited guests spread together their half dozen dainty luncheons and all hands enjoyed it,
There were present: W. I. Reynolds and wife, J. C Gaynor and wife, C. H. Chapman and wife, A. B. Mair and wife, A. W. Fowler and wife, Mrs. Delashmatt, Mins Lydia Campbell and Miss H. A. Williams.
