MORAN, Diana J. Born in Port Angeles, Wash., on June 5, 1938. After a long battle with cancer, Diana went to be with the Lord on August 4, 2008, surrounded by her loving family at home. She is survived by her husband Walter J. Moran. She will be greatly missed by her mother Eileen Brink and sisters Judy Ivy and Elaine Rossiter. Also left behind to cherish her memory are her children Kathleen (husband Steve), John (wife Tina), and James (wife Jamie), six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Diana worked in various jobs for the State of Calif. throughout her career and retired in 1999. Since then she has enjoyed volunteer work, reading, cross stitching and spending time with loved ones. She leaves behind a legacy of love and generosity that will continue to live on in her family until we reunite once again in the presence of our Lord and Savior. Please join us at a visitation to be held Sacramento Memorial Lawn, 6100 Stockton Blvd., Sacramento, on Saturday, August 9, from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., followed by a 2:00 p.m. service celebrating her life and homegoing.
