Son of Abner N. Todd and Almeda Elliot.

Lee Todd, 70, of Route 2, a longtime resident and farmer in the Naaman community, died unexpectedly early Saturday morning following a heart attack. Stricken at his home, Mr. Todd was pronounced dead on arrival at a local hospital.
A member of an early pioneer family, Mr. Todd, although born in Arkansas on March 22, 1898, had lived most of his life in the Garland area. He was only a baby when he came to Texas with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Abner Todd, who also settled near Garland in the early Naaman community.
Mr. Todd was a member of the Big Springs Baptist Church and a World War I veteran.
Services will be held Monday, 10 a.m. at Big Springs Baptist Church. Rev. Glen C. Smith will officiate and burial will be at Big Springs Baptist Church. Williams Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors are his wife Mary; two sons, Monroe L. Todd and Delbert S. Todd; two daughters, Mrs. Louise Hunt, Mrs. Mildred Pittman and a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Wilma Todd, all of Garland.
Also surviving are one brother, Jeff Todd, Garland; three sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Griffin, Odessa; Mrs. May Berry, Rowlett; Mrs. Zula McIntire, Bokchita, Okla. and eight grandchildren.
Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
