BALLINGER - Funeral was to be held for Milton McCullough, 76, at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Allen Davis Chapel with the Rev. Herschel Smith', pastor of ago. Grace Baptist Church, officialing. Burial was to be in Old Runnels Cemetery, Newby - Davis Funeral Home in charge.

Mr. McCullough died at Veterans Hospital in Big Spring Monday night. Born in Comanche County June 20, 1888, he married Thelma Pitts in 1921 at Gustine. A retired farmer and a member of Grace Baptist Church, Mr. McCullough was a veteran of World War I and served 11 months in France with the 36lh Division.

Survivors are his wife; two sons, Milton Dale of San Angelo and Weldon H. of Plainview; one daughter, Mrs. W. C. Jobe of Ballinger; three brothers, Henry of Lubbock, J. F. of Comanche, and R. J. of Brownwood; three sisters, Mrs. Lcvi Horner of Brownwood, Mrs. W. A. Mercer of Comanche, and Mrs. W. L. Berry of Ballinger; and seven grandchildren.
