E. Irene Richardson of Salem, IN passed away Saturday, August 2, 2008 at 3:25pm in Salem, IN. At the age of 72 years 8 months & 7 days. Born November 26, 1935 in Pekin, IN, she was the daughter of the late James Bodine Lee & Tina McCoskey Lee. She married Howard L. Richardson September 18, 1953, who passed away December 7, 1994. She was a retired employee of Kimball Office Furniture Salem Division for 22 years retiring in 1991. She was a member of the Conway Community Church. Life resident of Washington Co. She was a member of the Salem American Legion Auxiliary. Survivors include: Son: Richard R. Richardson, Scottsburg, IN; Daughter: Rhonda R. Sowder, Salem, IN; Daughter: Connie E. Sowder, Salem, IN; Daughter: Tommie L. Stewart, Salem, IN; Brother: Alvin Lee, Salem, IN; Sisters: Jean Hacker, Pekin, IN; Elsie Sullivan, Salem, IN. She is survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 4 brothers & 2 sisters. Funeral service 1pm Tuesday at Conway Community Church. Visitation 4-8 pm Monday and 9-11am Tuesday at Dewalt Funeral Home. Burial at Conway Cemetery.
