J. A. Jones
Rev. J. F. Owen will conduct funeral services at 10 am Friday in the Methodist Church at Granbury for J. A. Jones, 69, who died Wednesday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Stone, 204 Indian Oaks. Burial will be in the Granbury Cemetery with Masonic Rites.
Jones was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and had lived in Erath and Hood Counties until moving to Fort Worth six years ago.
Surviving are four other daughters, Mrs. Lee Buck and Mrs. Linnie Aston of Fort Worth, Mrs. Lou Vinnie Goodwin of Midlothian and Mrs. John Collier of Granbury; four sons, Casey and John Jones of Fort Worth, Gus Atlas of Camp Rucker, Alabama, and Pat Jones of Granbury; 24 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
