Bertha Louise Goodman Agee, lifelong Okmulgee area resident, died Saturday, December 30, 2006 at Southcrest Hospital in Tulsa. She was 90 years of age. Mrs. Agee was born September 12, 1916 in Hanna, Oklahoma to Robert and Lula (Stidman) Lee. She retired from Ball Brothers after 29 years of service and enjoyed working outdoors with her flowers. She was a member of Northern Light Tabernacle, where she attended faithfully until her health failed. Preceding her in death were her parents, husbands, Wilbur Goodman and Earl Agee, a son, William David Goodman, two brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Dorothy Cottrell of Okmulgee, two sisters, Stella Creason and Lorene Garner, both of Okmulgee, four grandchildren, Deanna McAlister, Jamie Parker, Terri Fournell and Jeff Goodman, all of Okmulgee and nine great grandchildren. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Thursday, January 4, 2007 at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Okmulgee Cemetery. Friends may visit the funeral home Wednesday from 12-8 P.M. and on Thursday.
