She has lived in the Galesburg vicinity since she was a young woman. She was married to Henry Fought June 18, 1883, at Erie. He died in 1937. She leaves three daughters, Mrs. Zella Baldwin and Mrs. Minnie Carnahan of Galesburg, Mrs. Ollie Guy, Thayer; two sons John Fought of the home and Jesse Fought of St. Paul; two brothers, A. Hartley, Galesburg and Ellsworth Hartley, California, and one sister, Mrs. Della Hooton, Hamilton, Missouri.
