THURSDAY JULY 17, 1913 THE JULESBURG GRIT-ADVOCATE

Philo A. Fuller was born July 16, 1841, near Columbus, Ohio. At about seven he accompanied his parents to Iowa, where he lived until he joined Company I, 18th Missouri Infantry, where he served two years and eight months. Returning from the war he married Mary Emeline Bramhall, April 8, 1866, to which union were born four children. In 1874, he came to Blair, Nebraska, thence to Bert County, Nebraska, same year, where they resided until 1887, when they moved to the residence in which he passed away, Friday, July 11th.
Mr. Fuller's funeral services were conducted at the residence, by the Rev. William M Dye, Monday afternoon, and the remains laid away to rest the general Resurrection, the G. A. R. using their impressive ritual service.

Philo A. Fuller was the son of Philo Fuller and Betsey Walker Fuller. He was the seventh of eight children.

Philo & Betsey Fuller were born in Addison County, VT and first moved to Saint Lawrence County, NY; hence to Madison County, OH; then Appanoose County, IA; and finally Putnam County, MO. Philo and Betsey Fuller are believed to be buried in the Wright/Thomasson Cemetery in Appanoose County, IA.
