Funeral services for Anita Sue Hogue, Francis, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church of Allen. Anita , 24, died of a sudden illness in a Seminole hospital on March 12, 1971.

She was born Oct. 22, 1946, in Ada, to Lloyd and Lula Carlile Thompson. She lived in this area all her life, attending school in Allen. She was a Baptist.

Anita is survived by her parents, of the home; a daughter, Nancy Michele Hogue, of the home; a sister, Mrs. Nancy Canady, Francis; a brother, Tommy Thompson, Francis; and her grandmother, Mrs. Mary Andrews, Drumright.

The Rev. David Forrester, Cyril, Ok. will perform services. Interment will be at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Francis.

Bearers will be Ronnie Canady, Derrell Phillips, Jim Haley, Johnnie Malone, Jimmy Sampson, and Dewayne Scroggins. Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
