ROBERT J. ODENBACH, 69, of Porterville, California, died Sunday, July 13, 2008. He was born in Barberton, Ohio, March 23, 1939, and lived in California for 63 years. He retired from the Communications Division of the California Highway Patrol after 36+ years, plus a few years in Communications at the San Bernardino Police Department. Bob truly enjoyed the mountains and the desert, living in Crestline for over 22 years. Survivors include his widow, Norma; five stepchildren; one brother, Donald; 13 grandchildren; and one great grandchild. A Celebration of Bob's life will be held Sunday, August 17th at Noon at The Mug, 1588 West Highland Avenue, San Bernardino.
