Richard F. Meinders
Cedar Falls:--Services for Richard F. Meinders, 73 of 916 West 18th Street
are tentatively set for 2:30p.m. Saturday at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoef Funeral
Home with burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
Mr. Meinders died Wednesday night at Satori Memorial Hospital. He was
born June 10, 1906, near Grundy Center, son of Harbart and Aline
Meinders. He married Esther L. Wiese Aug 18 1928 in Storm Lake.
He retired from Carnation Milk Co. in 1964.
Survivors include his wife; son Thomas R. of Sioux Falls, S.D; two
daughters, Mrs. Lois Jean Slaba of Shellrock; and Mrs. Joelle Hansen of
1629 Schrieber St. ; a sister Mrs. Reka Chapman of Ft. Dodge and six
grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
