Carolyn W. Bizzell, 65, of the 600 block of E. Oak Island Drive, died Aug. 31, 1993, in a North Carolina hospital.
Mrs. Bizzell was born in Stuart, Va., and was the widow of William G. Bizzell.
Survivors include three daughters, Cathy Bizzell Harvell of Long Beach, Diane Ray Luker and Cindy Ray Gulledge of Kannapolis, N.C.; two sons, Michael L. Ray of Guam and Ricky Rivera of California; five sisters, Clara Overby, Kathryn Griffith, Mildred Underwood, Pearl Orcutt, all of Edenton, N.C., and Virginia Lindsey of Hyattsville, Md.; nine grandchildren; and four stepdaughters, Darline Moore and Vicky Mooney, both of Suffolk, Billie Kay of Portsmouth and Wanda Lovell of Grand Prairie, Texas.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Olive Branch Cemetery by the Rev. Warren Chapman.
The family will be at Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. Today.
