Willie Jessie "Bub" Hoover, 81, of 4081-2 South Saluda St., died Sunday. Born in Orangeburg County, he was a son the the late Lawrence and Mary Alice Williams Hoover. He was a retired night watchman and a member of Mount Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church. Surviving are a brother, G. Hammond Hoover of Ballentine, and a sister, Mrs. Irene H. Williams of West Columbia. Services will be held at 3 p.m. today at Mount Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church, conducted by the Rev. Emery Martin and the Rev. Billy Williams.
