TROUP - Services for Jo Vivian Starks Franklin, 67, Troup, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday at Sinclair Church of Christ, Troup, with Bro. Ralph Kinnel officiating.
Burial will be in New Canaan Cemetery, Whitehouse, under direction of John R. Harmon Undertaking Co., Tyler.
Mrs. Franklin died July 23, 2008, in a Tyler hospital.
She was born March 7 1941, in Troup, and was a lifelong resident of Smith County. She attended Central High School in Troup, was a dietitian and a member of Sinclair Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband, Roosevelt Franklin, Troup; sons, Burl Franklin, Whitehouse, and Billy Ear Franklin, Jacksonville; daughters, Shara Roy, Tyler, and Carol Blevins, Troup; sisters, Minnie Alexander, Gerether Norman and Jean Wall, all of Troup, and Letha Brooks, California; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends 7-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
