Friends of Neil Richard Masters (1922-1963), Francis and Kendalville, Ind., will regret to hear of his death Friday afternoon. Funeral services were held in Indiana Monday. He is the son-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. Clem T. Hart, Francis. Mr. and Mrs. Hart will return from Indiana this weekend with Mrs. Masters and daughter, Mickey. Mr. Masters is the son-in-law XXX F.
