Lee and his wife Maudy (or Mandy) came to Texas in 1892. They had two children, Robert "Bob", born in 1887, and Rosa Jane, born in 1892. The Pedigos were farmers, making their home in the Celina area. Their son Jeff was born there in 1894. Other childen of the Pedigos were Martha Lillie, born in 1896, Cora Lee, Emma, and George. Another son, Robert, died Aug. 8, 1910.

Lee and Maudy moved to Pilot Point in 1906, when they lived at the Emmerson Ranch. They resided there for a number of years and were living there when Maudy Elizabeth died in 1927.
