HARTSELLE -- Josheph Herman Puckett, 96, of 211 College St., Hartselle, died
Friday at his residence. A gravesite service with full military honors will be
today at 2:30 p.m. at Hartselle City Cemetery with the Rev. Randy VanLandingham
officiating.
Mr. Puckett was a member of First United Methodist Church, and a veteran of
World War I. He was the only remaining charter member of the John F. Thompson
Post Number 52 American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, Evi Lee Russell Puckett of Hartselle and a sister,
Josephine Puckett of Decatur.
