EDGEWOOD - Services for Casey L. Hawkins, 32, Edgewood are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church, Edgewood, with the Rev. Claude Blackwell officiating.
Burial will be at Small Cemetery, Edgewood, under direction of Hiett's LyBrand Funeral Home, Edgewood.
Mr. Hawkins died July 24, 2008, in Wills Point.
Casey Layne Hawkins was born Jan. 14, 1976, in Garland to George and Lalynda Sherman Hawkins. He grew up in Mesquite and moved to Edgewood in 1985. He worked for Otis Elevator Co. in Dallas and was a member of the National Elevator Union. He attended First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Carey Hawkins, Edgewood; parents, George and Lalynda Hawkins, Wills Point; daughters, Jade and Keeley, Edgewood; son, Avery, Edgewood; brother, Ryan Hawkins, Forney; nephew and niece; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
