Madison County Army Officer's Wife Died Sunday in Washington.
Mrs. W. Howard Worley, 41, wife of Colonel Worley, formerly of New Hope, died yesterday morning at the Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, D.C. Colonel Worley is the son of Mrs. Oscar Worley of New Hope and was serving in Korea until he was called home due to his wife's illness. The body will arrive in Huntsville Tuesday morning and will be taken to the Worley home in New Hope.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the New Hope Methodist Church of which Mrs. Worley was a member. Burial will follow in the New Hope Cemetery with Butler Brothers Funeral Home in charge.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Worley is survived by one son, Billy; three sisters and one brother.
