Age 86, a resident of Gallina, a loving mother and grandmother passed away in Phoenix on Saturday, July 19, 2008 following a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fulgencio A. Jacquez; son, Richard Jacquez and other family members who she deeply cared for and loved. She is survived by her daughter, June and husband Joe Salazar, their children, Emily, Victor, Joe and their families, daughter, Stephanie and husband Joey Chavez and their family; daughter-in-law, Cleo Jacquez, her children, Ray and Amie and their families; brothers, Donald and Clifford Amick; sisters, Dorothy Stewart and Evelyn St. Andre and their families; grandson, Brian Barela and his family; special niece, Reina Maestas and sister-in-law, Maria Chacon. The following will serve as pallbearers, Victor Salazar, Joe Salazar, Ray Jacquez, Brian Barela, Mark Morales and Ronnie Salazar. Honorary pallbearers are Kaitlyn, Joey Jr., Destiny and Braeden Chavez, Saraya and Shaun Morales, Marisela and Jordan Salazar, Raymond, Morgan and Diego Jacquez, Nicole, Kristen, A.J.
