Mary Ettie Taylor, age 92 of Duff died Dec. 1 at the Jellico Community Hospital.

She was a member of Habersham Baptist Church. She loved flowers, chickens, fishing, quilting and her family very much.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William George Taylor; parents: Jim and Hannah Gilreath Vanover; daughter, Claudette England; four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, three brothers and two sisters.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, George and Alene Taylor Jr., Carl and Pat Taylor, Walter and Jo Taylor all of Habersham, Kenneth Taylor of Jacksboro, Jim and Virginia Taylor of LaFollette; daughters, Nan and Bonnie Taylor both of Habersham; son-in-law, John England of Habersham; special granddaughter, Linda Comer of LaFollette; 17 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services were
Dec. 3 in the Chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Pitman and Rev. James Taylor officiating. Interment was in Peabody Cemetery. Martin Wilson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.LaFollette Press Dec. 9, 2004
