He was born June 4, 1953 in Los Angeles, California, to David and Lavonne Brown Anderson.
He graduated from Burbank High School in Burbank, California, and then worked in the family business manufacturing aircraft fittings.
Mr. Anderson's parents lived in Gardnerville from 1971 to 1981 and then moved to Centralia, Washington, where they raised thoroughbreds.
He moved to Gardnerville in May 1995 and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church for two years.
Mr. Anderson was predeceased by his father in 1986.
He is survived by his wife, Tiffany Anderson, of Gardnerville; mother, Lavonne Anderson, and stepfather, Harrold Baird; both of Centralia; daughters, Holly Anderson and Jenny Anderson, both of Burbank, California; sons, Paul Anderson and Johnny Anderson, both of Burbank; and brother, John Elliot Anderson, of Centralia.
Burial will be at Eastside Memorial Park in Minden.
