E. Lois "Bebe" Brown, 72, of Altoona, died Wednesday afternoon at Altoona Regional Health System, Altoona Hospital Campus. She was born in Altoona, a daughter of the late Clarence R. and Agnes (Green) Wesner. She married William P. Brown Sept. 6, 1958, in Altoona.

Surviving are her husband of almost 50 years; one daughter, Rae Cirrelle Grace and husband, Scott, of Altoona; three grandchildren: Scott Jr., Caitlin and Jordan; and two brothers: Robert L. Wesner of Altoona and Lynn Wesner of East Freedom. She was preceded in death by her sister, Cirrelle Foster.

Mrs. Brown was a member of Altoona First Church of God. She enjoyed reading her Bible and also enjoyed her pets, doing crossword puzzles, watching Pirates games and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 19, 2008, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., where a funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday. Interment will be at East Lawn Cemetery, Tyrone.
