Mrs. Katie Orth, 68, died at the home of her son, Edward Orth, 1611 Mound Street, Thursday at 1:10 p.m. following a four months' illness with complications. Mrs. Orth who was the widow of Frank Orth, was born at Buena Vista, Ohio, Sept 23, 1866. She was a resident of Cincinnati until two months ago when she came to live with her son, who is the only surviving member of her family. Her husband, four sons and one daughter, preceded her in death. Four brothers also preceded her in death. One brother, Louis Lindemann, lives at Sciotoville and one sister, Mrs. Anna Crull, at New Boston. She was a member of the Phillippus Evangelical Church in Cincinnati.

Funeral services will be held at the Emrick Funeral Home Saturday at 2 p.m. with Rev. E.J. Meacham officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park. The body will remain at the funeral home where friends may view it.
