The Courier-Journal Louisville, Kentucky April 7, 1937 Funeral At Eminence For William H. Giltner Funeral services for William Henry Giltner, 66, director and one of the organizers of the Ohio Valley Rock Asphalt Company twenty-five years ago, will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the grave in Eminence, Ky. The Rev. Dr. Homer W. Carpenter, pastor of the First Christian Church here, will conduct the services, assisted by the Rev. Clyde Darsie, Eminence. Mr. Giltner died of a heart attack at 12:30 a.m. at the Seelbach, where he made his home for fifteen years. Besides his interests in the asphalt company, Mr. Giltner made a specialty of livestock breeding on his farm in Shelby County. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Marjorie Head Giltner; a brother, Robert Rains Gilter, Eminence, and two sisters, Miss Leigh Gordon Giltner, Lexington, and Mrs. Anna Belle Brewer, Danville.
