Lebanon - Leonard E. Fishell, 74, of 112 Wheelar St., died Saturday at his home, following an extended illness.
Born in Lamar, Mo., he was raised in Nebraska and came to Oregon in 1948. He lived in Gold Beach, Albany and Cottage Grove before moving to Lebanon in 1973. He was employed as a lumber millworker and security guard.
Survivors include widow, Lurene; son, Duane Padgett, Lebanon; daughter, Allene Wickham, Willits, Calif.; brothers, Howard, Cottage Grove, Leo, Ray and Roy, all of Nebraska; sisters, Eleanor Elites, Fairbury, Neb., and Lucille Wegher, New Castle, Wyo.; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Huston mortuary. Interment will be in IOOF Cemetery.
