An Ardmore couple--Mr. Ernest E. Son and Miss Mary Lowrance were united in wedlock Monday evening at 9 o'clock at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. S. Vawter in Davis. Rev. A.J. French, pastor of Presbyterian church was the officiating clergyman. Mr. and Mrs. J.T. Hill and Mrs. Claud Kay were the only witnesses outside the attractive, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Lowrance of Ardmore and sister of Mrs. Chas. Vawter. She formerly lived in Davis and has frequently visited here and has many friends who wish her much happiness.
The groom, who is a son of Dr. J. F. Son, a prominent physician of Ardmore, is not generally known here but is said to be an excellent and ambitious young man. He is engaged in the insurance business and also handles oil stocks.
