Services for Madison Elaine Lewis, infant daughter of Troy Michael and Crystal Elaine Sharp Lewis, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Stacy West officiating. Interment will follow at McAlister Cemetery, Overbrook.
Born June 27, 2007 at Oklahoma City, she died Aug. 2, 2007 at Oklahoma City. She was preceded in death by a grandfather, Frank Warfeld.
Survivors include her parents, Troy and Crystal Lewis, of the home; brothers, Michael James Lewis, of the home, and Jesse Roy, New York; sisters, Sammy Jo Lewis and Jessica Morris, both Marietta; grandparents, David Sharp and his wife, Kay, and Deborah Sharp, all Ardmore, and Barbara Wojcieszak and her husband, Don, Yerington, Nev.; great-grandfather, the Rev. David Bradley Sharp, Wapanucka; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Bearers are David Sharp Jr. and Brad Sharp.
