Nancy S. Wirick was born at Far West, Missouri on March 5, 1839 and was the daughter of Jacob and Mary McCoy Wirick. Her father Jacob, was the second settler of East Paw Paw, coming here in 1842. She was a sister to ten siblings they are; John, Harriet, Cornilla, William, George, James, Edmond, Rebecca, Mary and Valentine Dickinson.
She was united in marriage on December 9, 1856 to Henry S. Dickinson, son of Oliver H. and Olive (Brooks) Dickinson. Nancy and Henry spent the rest of their lives in Paw Paw.
She now joins her beloved husband Henry at Paw Paw Cemetery.
