Funeral services for Jeremy Huston Doss, age 24 of Kemp, Texas were held at 2:00 PM Thursday, July 17, 2008 at the Anderson Clayton Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Kemp with Mr. Tim Stevens and Mr. R.J. Stevens officiating. Interment followed in the Shiloh Cemetery near Kemp under the direction of Anderson Clayton Brothers Funeral Home.

Jeremy Huston Doss was born on June 18, 1984 in Dallas, Texas the son of Doug and Deborah Smith Doss and passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2008 in Kaufman. Jeremy graduated from Kemp High School in 2003 and was employed by Flint Energy as a welder and heavy equipment operator. He was married to Kelly Nabors on May 6, 2006 and with this marriage, Lane Doss was born. His entire life he was a member of the Kemp Church of Christ. Jeremy loved life, the outdoors, hunting and anyone who knew him would attest to the fact that he loved his family and friends. Always smiling and just full of life are the memories that anyone who knew him will keep in their hearts.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Kelly M. Doss of Kemp; Son, Lane Doss of Kemp; Mother, Deborah Doss of Kemp; Father, Doug Doss and his wife Lisa of Kaufman; Sister, Daisy Cromer and her husband David of Ft. Worth; Brother, Trey Doss of Kaufman; Grandparents, Clifton and Jimmie Lou Smith of Kemp as well as Charlie and Helen Doss of Kemp; Great Grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Thomas of Kemp; Mother and Father in Law Mike and Stephanie Nabors of Kemp; Nephews Halen and Huston Cromer of Ft. Worth and Brothers-in-law Matt Gross and Justin Nabors of Kemp as well as numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and numerous other friends and relatives.

Pallbearers were Glen Levescy, Matt Gross, J.B. Stanfield, Cameron Swanson, Mikie Rankin, John Lacy, Alton Owens and Billy Dalrymple.
