MRS. F. E. JASPER PASSED AWAY YESTERDAY
Following a period of ill health extending over a number of years, Annie L. Jasper, beloved wife of Probation Officer Frank E. Jasper, passed away at the family residence yesterday morning at 6:43 o'clock.
Mrs. Jasper was 57 years of age and had been a resident of this city for about fifteen years, coming here with Mr. Jasper to make their home.
Deceased was a native of Missouri. When an infant she came to California with her parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. Keyser, and located in Sonora, Tuolumne County. Here she attained womanhood and here she met Mr. Jasper. They were married at Sonora in 1894.
Mrs. Jasper was a prominent and active member of Ivy Rebekah Lodge, IOOF and of Silver Spray Chapter OES.
Funeral services will be held at the Webber Funeral Parlors at 3:30 o'clock this afternoon. Internment will be made in Sonora.

Funeral Rites for Mrs Annie Jasper
Funeral services were held in Sonora Thursday afternoon for Mrs Annie Lee Jasper.
Mrs Jasper was born in St Louis, Mo. on August 2, 1869 and was 57 years old. She was well known in Tuolumne county as she taught school here for some time. she was the daughter of the late Thomas Keyser who resided for some time in the mountains of Strawberry. She is survived only by her husband, Frank Jasper.
