BIOGRAPHY:
Tracy was very interested in Botany, Biology and anything to do with nature, especially animals.
She had quite a "zoo" of animals that lived both inside and outside the house. Her house in Palos Hills, Illinois was on a wooded few acres. It was an old former lodge/restaurant (of sorts) that even had a dumb waiter installed in the kitchen (elevator) for food and whatever needed to be transported between the first and second floors. The house was full of antiques and going there was like taking a trip into the past.

Tracy's animals included finches (many types) in a big cage about 20 feet long by 6 feet tall, mice, gerbils,
a parrot that flew around the house, guinea pigs, snakes, turtles, frogs, and 60 cats! I probably forgot some animals as there were so many. It took nearly half the day to feed and take care of them all. She also of course had four horses, one being a Shetland pony with a very long mane that nearly touched the ground. Sometimes she would even bring the horses into the kitchen!

Tracy loved to go outside to the pond behind her house in wader boots and study the water life, plants, fish, frogs and natural animals around the pond and her house.

CAUSE OF DEATH:
Twenty-year-old Tracey was riding her horse at 95th Street & Kean Avenue in Palos Hills when nineteen-year-old Rick J. Peksa slammed his vehicle into them. The horse was thrown 25feet and Tracey was thrown over 35feet. The horse sccumbed to his injuries as did Tracey. The driver was charged with failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

It is not known if alochol was involved or if the driver was ever found guilty. If you have more information, please contact Genosleuth29 at her profile page on http://www.findagrave.com
