Howard M. Coulter
Howard Matthew Coulter of 12 Commercials street, Kittery, died at the Harbor Hospital, at York Harbor, early today.
Mr. Coulter was the son of the late Matthew and Etta Coulter, and was born in Leominster, Mass., on Feb. 12, 1895. Until his retirement in September of 1949, he had been employed for 32 years as a patternmaker at the Portsmouth naval base.
He was a member of the Kittery Grange, the Odd Fellows, the Piscataqua Ski club and the Knights of Pythias.
Mr. Coulter is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Arlene Fiandaca of Kittery, and a brother, Alford Coulter of Leominster, Mass.
