February 13, 1924- Judge E. C. Heath died yesterday at his home in Rockwall.
February 15, 1924- Judge E. C. Heath died Wednesday. At one time he was judge of Rockwall County. He settled near Chisholm. He was about 75 years old. Clyde C. Roberts of this city was a son-in-law.

E. C. Heath was the son of John O. Heath and Martha Ann Jones. He married Ida Alice Collins around 1881. They were the parents of John Oswell, Kate and Mary.
He was a practicing Mason, an Abstractor and a Judge.
