Graniteville SC - Mrs. Fannie Faulkner Friday, 86, died Saturday [January 15, 1972] at her home. Mrs. Friday was a native of Edgefield, and had lived in Graniteville for the past 75 years. She had retired from the Graniteville Manufacturing Co. and was a daughter of the late Elijah and Ida Outz Faulkner. She was the widow of Charlie A. Friday. Surviving are two daughters. Mrs. E. C. Thomas and Mrs. Harry Lowe of Graniteville; a stepdaughter, Mrs. J. K. Ramsey; a son, Cecil E. Friday of Graniteville; a sister, Mrs. John F. Lewis of Witheville VA; and a half-sister, Mrs. D. A. Clark of Greenville. Burial in Graniteville Cemetery. Posey’s Funeral Home.
