She was born in Clinton, the daughter of the late Robert Lee and Myrtle Hedgepath Whitsel.
Surviving are her husband, Tommy Beaman; son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Carol Beaman, of Clinton; brother, Darrell Whitsel, of Clinton; grandchildren, Casey Beaman and Justin Beaman.
Mrs. Beaman was a retired employee of the Torrington Bearing Company and also the Royal Academy and Design Systems. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and member of the Clinton Piedmont Promanaders.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 1st at Gray Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family will be at the residence.
